Quote of the Week
"Language is the road map of a culture. It tells you where its people come from and where they are going."
― Rita Mae Brown
Not only does language reflect the paths people have taken, but it gives insight to the paths people will take. Each language contains beautiful expressions to find encouragement and support, and as Rita Mae Brown states, it lets you discover new methods to reflect on yourself and shape your bright future. As you continue your language learning this week, think about how the new language reflects the culture of those who speak it, as well as the way they shape the culture even more deeply.
